His manner is filled with warmth and he is absolutely focussed on ensuring the best possible outcome for clients. He is always filled with information, knows his job, knows the debt environment (which has changed a lot since I started the agreement process in 1997) and is able to clearly and in plain English communicate with clients. As I consistently paid ahead of the debts due, he often had to calculate where my balance was up to, and 100% of the time did so with accuracy, grace and professionalism- so I always knew where I was at, and how much I had to pay – including today to finalise it in advance.
It is a great credit to your company that Jack has stayed in the role and with your company for the past 5 years, and has been fantastic for me, as the relationship with him is filled with trust, he always does what he says he is going to do, and it is great to know a friendly voice at the other end of the phone, knows who I am and where I am up to.
